This is FINAL PRODUCT, if you need sculpt map for it, seek if building components exist.
Package includes:
- 5 (mod/copy/no transfer) 2 LI empty greenery glass house 8x6x6 meters;
- 3 (mod/copy/no transfer) 4 LI empty greenery house 6x4x4 meters.
- 3 (mod/copy/no transfer) 6 LI furnitured greenery house with physics 6x4x4/7.5x5x5 meters.
- 1 bonus 3LI 64x40x40 glass house.

Notes:
6 LI means it takes 6 prims from yours land, for all greenery, scripted door, lamps, furniture, glass at current size. Pot with plant is separate prim, rail shelves are separate prim, all other furniture table, stool and 4 shelves are 1 prim (cannot be divided).
Three versions inside. 2,4,6 LI. There are slight differences between 6 LI versions, aka texturing and uses prim glass instead of sculpt.
4 LI is just empty greenery with prim glass.
and 2 LI is empty greenery without lamps and more simplified physics, so there are a gap left from door you can pass by.
Versions with sculpt glass, both 2 LI and two of 6 LI bigger by size, this way I show you, which can survive resizing without increasing number of prims from yours land for example 2 LI version resized to 64x40x40 still stays 2 prims from yours land. Versions with prim glass drastically increases prim cost in resizing. So use it smart.
How to:

Done.
To open door just move forward to it. To close push door again, no touches events.
To change color of lights use camera and tint color of the bottom door face. I use this face, not very convenient, but keeps script code as light as possible.
Smooth door script written by me, is only one script inside, it also activates lights on open and close.
Modification:
First of all close door before any modification,
You can link unlink parts of greenery, DO NOT FORGET TO RESET SCRIPT after it, so it can renew link names and operate correct with lights.
Most important part you can use ANY texture you have or may have to modify any prim. Not special textures requires. So you can adjust precise to any other building you own and textured before with textures you have.
As well do not forget all sculpt prims set physics to NONE.
This is regular and sculpt prim item, so unlike mesh it keeps LOD way far better. But like mesh it drastically increases number of prims while resizing bigger.
Use version with sculpt glass if you need bigger sizes. it is less primy on bigger sizes.
All light prims you want to be glow name "light" without quotes, light self comes from prim named "glass physics top". It is in case you ll link unlink prims and want to modify something.
Caveats:
- I have never had the following problems with my sculpt, but we are aware that this can happen: If the object continues to appear distorted, please force loading of the sculpt map by checking or unchecking the mirror and invert flags on the Edit -> Object Tab of the sculpt. If the problem continues, please check your LOD settings and your network connection to the SL server. If you don't know how to check these settings and connections, please ask your more-experienced friends for help.
- Keep in mind, even if you resize to big sizes like 64 meters, yours door becomes gigantic, so you may need to resize door to normal avatar height and add regular prims to cover wall gap left from resizing down door.

I'm quite shocked there are no reviews of this product yet. The greenhouse works so well that I can't believe it is 5 prims! The door opens and closes with no problems, I can sit on the stool, and the light works on touch. This is a beautifully sculpted and textured item!
