ATTENTION:
After rezzing you need to move parts to ground. Raise a head BOTH parts unlinked are there.
Notes:
Original was made of 28 prim. From update to update it reduces to 14+7 prims, 21 prims takes from yours parcel. No any details removed, Just replaced some sculpt with meshes and update sculpts.
House has no any security system (it is mostly useless) as much better to use one security system for whole parcel instead of using tons of lagging scripts inside house, making it difficult to remember as every house builder has own feeling of comfort for end user. Butterflies not switches off, lamp and fireplace works on off on touch. Water animation works without scripts. Correct sit points inside house works without points.
Modification:
Actually you can use absolutely any texture you have or may have in inventory to change textures. There are no even one object uses any special premade textures. Although cause of most parts are sculpt texturing is limited but still working with any texture.
To show yours own pictures just remove from picture frame content default ones and place yours ones. Reset script after you place what you want.
Do not link to phantom part any meshes or prims with any alpha other then default alpha blending as well any prims with custom specular and normal textures. Otherwise you ll see twice increasing weight of prims. If you have such prims link them to solid part with mesh prims. Then it will stay reasonable.
Caveats:
- All textures property of their creators, and cannot be placed in package (textures were chosen on my taste from texture organizer, please do not ask me for where to purchase them it is really pain to find it in object content and to look for creator due of SL slowness working with it).
- As 3 prim support part is no mod to you, this house has no support on resizing, sorry.
- I have never had the following problems with my sculpt, but we are aware that this can happen: If the object continues to appear distorted, please force loading of the sculpt map by checking or unchecking the mirror and invert flags on the Edit -> Object Tab of the sculpt. If the problem continues, please check your LOD settings and your network connection to the SL server. If you don't know how to check these settings and connections, please ask your more-experienced friends for help.
You personal license allows:
- For main part, link/ unlink/ add/ remove/ retexture parts by written above instruction;
You not allowed and have no support;
- To sell, share, gift, trying to transfer this package or it contains as images, UUID, content of object, part of texture packs or list to any other person (for gift you can use marketplace to buy for person you need with direct delivery to him/her);
- To change permissions and giving it away;
- To transfer through grids and use outside Secondlife;
- Trying to resize building, this feature not for this house;
- To ask me for any modification as I left you modify and copy permission.

This house is low prim and very pretty all the furniture is top quality and modifiable as well as the house is perfect for enticing my target newby renter.
