Backstory: This old school house has been left in tact for the most part, after it closing suddenly after a major accident in the late 1800's. All the desk have books and pens, and in general are in order. There is no teachers desk or school bell. Rumor on the street was the teacher was living upstairs after falling on hard times. Not an ideal situation. Either the cold or his families death got to him i suppose. After going insane, it's rumored he cut the school bell down and managed to throw it out the wall - leaving quite a huge gap. The roof hasn't caved yet, but i noticed it is cracked in the center a bit. The siding is weathered but in good shape. The windows are boarded up, but since the door got kicked in would be quite pointless i'd imagine.
If you can manage to get up the steep staircase, there are a few empty crates, a ladder, a bed and a nuse still hanging from the ceiling upstairs, with the chair the old teacher used to hang himself.
Nothing a little spring cleaning couldn't repair, right?

Specifics:
Siding is real. First floor is real wood slats & Under the house is made with real support beams. Entire building with everything is 45 LI. It only comes as furnished, unlinking / modifying NOT recommended. Moving objects is not recommended. This is a custom shadow / light baked building. Building is built 'too scale', doorway has been made slightly taller for taller avatars though. You may scale but adjusting size may alter desk animations. Unlinking will remove desk animations, so be cautious. If you make an error, simply rez a new one :)
