This is a Dock unit and Ammo Depot (for the Speculaas Designs Pirate Ship) which is designed to last in auto-return sims for well over 1 hour. It does this by re-rezzing itself (using a special script) every 5 minutes.
It looks great even in very deep water, because the legs are quite long and extend to the bottom of the sea.
It is ideal for use in LL protected and otherwise auto-return enabled sims. But please be courteous and delete it when you're done with it :)
It is full copy, so you can rez as many as you need.
