You can even set up a wall with Multi-Clocks on different timezone.
OR
To change the timezone by touching the clock (not editing the description field):
Touch the right side of the face to increment the time by 15 minutes.
Touch the left side of the face to decremental the time by 15 minutes.

These Clock DO chime on the Westminster_Quarters [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westminster_Quarters ] and Hourly!

After you change timezone it will pickup the change but for this to take place right away just reset the script.
