Today i present you a very funny and curious tool to hover a prop on the head of someone without rezz anything, its a tool attached to your avatar!

Come with a very intuitive HUD and user manual

You can even add your own props just attaching them to the main "Head Hovering Tool {Vixie's]" and use them on the people's head! (see the instructions)
