THIS SCRIPT TAKES SCRIPTING KNOWLEDGE TO UNDERSTAND PROPERLY.

The poor reviews are from inexperienced users and builders. - As such, it's recommended you know things about values to allow your jaw to animate properly.

A product made for furries and anyone who has a jaw attachment. This script allows you to move your SEPARATE mesh/sculpt/prim jaw up and down when you both type and talk.

Gesture included to allow the voice section to work.

NOTE NOTE NOTE! If you're interested on how to make this item work with your mesh creations, download the PDF. If you need instructions in general, DOWNLOAD THE PDF!!!

Update tip: THE PDF DIDN'T HELP!!!
Answer:

Did you attempt to change the actual values within the script itself? Your prim's position you are trying to put it in has it's own values. The script has it's own values too. You need to make sure the values match up. Simple.

Overly Complex

I spent several hours trying to get this script to work with my mesh jaw. I could get it to move every direction, except the one I needed. The notecard instructions say move the root prim to move the jaw movement, which is what I did and had a horrendous time getting it to move correctly. So I contacted the creator, he then suggested that the only way to do it is to edit the script.
I'm not script savvy, I have no idea what any of it means. And as far as I'm aware, there's only 3 (xyz) axis, but there's four coordinate numbers in each line of the script.

This is just overly complicated. I found another open source script out of an existing avatar I have and was able to use that no problem, and understood the script well enough that I could change just one single number from 0 to 1 and it worked perfectly.

Difficult to set up but worth it

I found this VERY hard to setup. Rotating the root prim to get the jaw to face forward when talking was hard. It rotates in a very un-intutive way. I'm not sure if that's a problem with the way SL just works or the script however. Once you get it work it's pretty cool though to see yourself talking when on voice. I'd say buy this but be prepared for the fact setup is not easy.

I see what the other reviewers seem to be talking about, but I just edit-linked and moved the actual jaw in the right place, keeping the root prim where it was, and it was fine. :L
Love it, perfect for my first self made avi.~
The bad comments were totally unjustified, the problem was so easy to fix. Like seriously. Ignore them, if you need a jaw script, buy this. It's worth it.

For the price asked, it seems like a good deal.. until you actually get it and you find that it deforms your attached jaw to be backwards and pointing the complete wrong direction, regardless of manual edit correction. Waste of money and time.
