This tool checks your SL height when you get on it; after you have typed your real height (in metres or feet, with or without inches) and weight (in kilograms or pounds) you will get your Body Mass Index. It uses the International System (SI), US Customary System or a mixed system of weights and heights (metres and pounds or feet and kilograms). The resulting BMI is shown above the machine with excess or lacking kilograms or pounds while a lamp blinks with a different color depending on the BMI classification.
WARNING: the BMI defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) for adults over 20 years old is only an estimate and it doesn't take into account age, gender and ethnicity as the new Smart BMI does.
