I had some minor (XStreet based) difficulty with delivery, and the vendor was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful, immediately resolving my problem. The campfire set is really lovely, and I couldn't be happier with it. The textures are casually elegant, the build is awesome, the pose-ball animations are great.
