The Stone House II - by Beaumont Construction
** Newly Reduced in Price**
This is not a 'tweaked' version of the original Beaumont Stone House, but a complete re-build. The prim count has been reduced by an amazing 104 prims without losing the essential character of the house. All original purchasers have received the upgrade at no cost. **
As the name implies, the exterior facade of this house is comprised of mostly natural stone, using accent brick and plaster. Instead of the typical flat wall design, exterior walls are three-dimensional. A turrret housing the circular marble stair case breaks up the front elevation.
A large balcony runs the length of the rear of the house, with sliding door access from the second floor hallway and walkout's from one of the three bedrooms.
The main floor houses the living room and dining room (separated by a fireplace), kitchen and a study. Upstairs, you will find three more rooms.
An unexpected extra is a large finished attic, only accessible by a teleport.
