This ugly guy is stuck on his back, legs kicking. He would be at home in some alley , dirty city build, or maybe just your kitchen.
This is an animated texture with alpha,on a single flat panel prim.
Copy and mod perms on the prim.

Animated texture on a way oversized prim
What this actually looks like. Comes as a huge flat animated prim. Scaled way down and rotated flat, and laid on a lighter surface it might work a little bit, but not where I expected to place it.
