Box o' Mesh 6 - Umbrellas - Note
Welcome to the sixth product of Full Perm Mesh, the extention of Rusalka Writer's well-known Full Perm Sculpties.
In This Box:
1. One dozen full-perm patio umbrellas and two full-perm umbrella stands. Four basic umbrella body styles are elaborated with hanging fringe edges and with tilted fringe edges (to make a tilted umbrella look natural). One umbrella stand is basic and classic and one is modern.
2. The body fabric, fringe edges, and frames of the umbrellas are texturable separately. Use the "edit linked" feature to keep the pieces from coming apart. The parts of the umbrella stands are likewise texturable separately.
3. The umbrellas and stands are LOD hardened to look good at a distance.
4. The umbrellas and stands are fully texture mapped.
5. Each umbrella and stand has a land impact (prim count) of one to twelve.
About Mesh:
There are some things mesh does very well, and compound objects is one of them, but I want to start with fair warnings you need to know:
1. Scripting mesh will increase its prim count.
2. Linking mesh will increase its prim count.
3. Making mesh larger will increase its prim count.
A sample mesh window is available for free at our main shop in Lharg, so you can see how these things happen. We also have mesh information boards in our shops, which contain the information in the following blog posts. Please read them for more information about mesh:
