Welcome to the latest Mega Box from Full Perm Mesh!

This is the box for anyone who wants to experiment with mesh without committing to Blender. What you need are mesh shapes, and here is a mega-box of them. Over six hundred mesh shapes, and every one comes in four varieties:

Sharp, with every plane clearly defined
Smooth, with the planes smoothed by Blender
Sharp io (inside-out), unique to mesh, these “io” shapes have their normals reversed, so the visible side is the inner surface.

There are so many shapes in this box. Everything from a simple plane (two back to back make a great plane of glass) to wedges out of spheres. Perfect for artists wanting to take advantage of inside-out shapes. Don’t you wish there were more things in SL that can’t exist in RL? I do!

Note: I have added a second texture scheme to all the sphere-based objects, so all those numbers have doubled. If you purchased this box already, ask for a redelivery to get the new version, of contact me and I will send the new box to you.

Open shapes are shapes with a side removed. An open-based cone, for example. And pipes are cylinders with their ends removed. A note that if you rez a shape and see nothing, look around at the other side. It may have its normals pointing the other way.

I hand-tweaked the texturing on all of them, including two texture regimes on the low-facet cones (a & b). Basically, Blender had a turn and I had a turn. Texturing mesh can involve compromise.

I hope this box inspires a lot of creativity. Maybe some of you will decide to learn Blender, and hopefully some of you won’t have to!
