What does it have? For starters, the stall floors and Tack Room window has a Texture change script in it with several different choices of glass, or bedding. The entire structure is Copy/Mod, so you can remove or add what you like to it and really make it your own, and the doors are lockable.
Now for the extras. Anything and everything you could possibly need to care for your friend is included. from the implements and tools to clean his or her stall, to the decorations one would expect to find at any respectable barn.
