This is a nice skybox with a nice view, it's furnished and the couch has single sit poses, Kitchen have no animations, the bed in the bedroom have a adult menu but you might need to adjust the poses, the bath has a sit pose, the toilet has a sit pose and the pouf has a sit pose, the info on how to adjust the poses from the bed is included in the box, all you see on the pictures is included, it comes in a rezzbox and all is modify and copy. It comes boxed and the footprint is 30x30.
