I have put in 2 versions for you.
1 is the scripted version.

The scripted version has a working, colour changeable light that works off a menu system.

The stand itself is colour changeable, also via a menu.

particle effect

The 2nd board is unscripted for if you need to rez a copy where scripts are not allowed.
I have made this mod-copy so you can edit as desired. (in fact both models are mod-copy)
