It's a camera perspective HUD that switches all around camera perspectives.

Add(wear) it, touch the HUD on screen bottom right to pull up the menu:

[Overlook] [Top] [OFF](or [ON])
[Round] [Chair] [Lounge]
[Left] [Front] [Right]
[OTS] [Back] [>>]

or
[Low Top]
[Low Left] [Low Front] [Low Right]
[Bottom] [Low Back] [<<]

Select an option to change default camera perspective:

[Overlook]
A higher and farther random camera perspective that focuses on your avatar with landscape.

[Top]
A camera position to focus on your avatar from top.

[OFF](or [ON])
Turn off or on Camera Perspective.

[Round]
A random camera perspective focuses on your avatar.

[Chair]
A random perspective that focuses on your avatar sitting on a chair with a lower camera position.

[Lounge]
A random camera perspective that focuses your avatar sitting or lying on the ground with a lower camera position.

[Left]
A camera perspective that focuses on your avatar from left.

[Front]
A camera perspective that focuses on your avatar from front.

[Right]
A camera perspective that focuses on your avatar from right.

[OTS]
Over the Shoulder perspective, a third-person perspective behind your avatar's right shoulder.

[Back]
A camera perspective that focuses on your avatar from back.

[Low Top]
Focuses on avatar form Top with a lower level than Top camera perspective.

[Low Left]
A camera perspective that focuses on your avatar from left with a lower camera position.

[Low Front]
A camera perspective that focuses on your avatar from front with a lower camera position.

[Low Right]
A camera perspective that focuses on your avatar from right with a lower camera position.

[Bottom]
A random camera perspective that focuses on your avatar from bottom when flying or swimming.

[Low Back]
A camera perspective that focuses on your avatar from back with a lower camera position.
