Club is linked in 'chunks' except fire pits and teleports. They are not linked to building to prevent them from malfunctioning.
If you edit building and link parts, remember to leave fire pits and teleports as individual objects not linked to other things.

Building can be edited anyway you like. If you should mess it up rezz another. Teleport pads (2 sets) are in pairs. The one by the front door of the club tps to balcony. The one by the stage tps up to the roof of the club. The texture of the teleport can be edited. Just right click the port, edit, select the texture tab, and click the texture box. Replace it with something you want. Textures to show tp up and down have been provided. You will have to adjust the 'Repeats per meter' in the edit 'texture' box to center the words if you use them.

Building has a nice stage area to match.

Rezz instructons:

Rezzer box should be placed near the ground. The box's position is approximately the center front of building. Click the rezz box and select 'Rezz.' After the building rezzes behind the box, right click the box and edit. The whole building can be placed where it fits by the blue, red, green arrows of the rezz box. Move the rezz box the building follows. When building is where you want, click rezz box and finish/store. Take or delete rezz box and building is set.
