Yes, COZI does it again with static and slow-moving snow. This is completely different from other area effects you see in SL. First - the snowflakes are on 96 individual mesh surfaces... not one large textured surface that prevents you from selecting things. Second - the motion is quite random, with snow moving in opposite directions at times - not one single circular motion like others. And finally, you can load up your own textures to create your own effects if you desire.

This includes a STATIC version for photographers. How often have you snapped a shot, only to see a large snowflake in the middle of your eye! Problem solved.
