Terrible, do not buy.
The flag's texture is nice, not that it matters when you can't actually get a good look at it. Even on the second lowest wind setting it flails like mad, but the worst part is not horizontally. It doesn't wave along the length of the flag. It wags up and down, like it's trying to curve in on itself. I got literally the same result from a flag worth a single linden, the only difference is this has multiple settings for how angrily you want it to flail and with a slightly nicer texture.
