Carnival Dunktank

This old "carnie" style wooden dunk tank is guaranteed to bring a smile to the face. It comes complete with a lever to reset the wooden seat, splash effect using mixture of prim and particle, and animation for the avatar with a sorta of panic/treading water look to it.

To hit the target just wear the included "Dunktank ball" which has a custom pose, you enter mouselook to aim then left click your mouse to throw a softball! If you hit the target the person sitting on the wooden plank seat will instantly drop into the water tank with a large splash!

(typing /88 reset will force the water to derez then the dunktank will autorez a new water and reset (useful for when moving or adjusting tank position.)

The Softball Barrel is a display object that allows everyone to get a copy of the Dunktank ball thrower. Just rez the Softball Barrel and people can touch to buy for $0 to get a free copy of their very own Softball thrower.

The Dunk Tank itself only works with the supplied Softball thrower.

Instructions on setting up and running:

1. When you first rez the Carnival Dunk Tank it will auto rez the water inside the tank seperately. NOTE: If you need to adjust, rotate, move the Dunk Tank make sure you also select the seperate Water prim that the Dunk Tank auto rez's. If there is a mistake you can delete the Water prim manually then type on channel 88: /88 reset

/88 reset will force the dunk tank to REREZ the water prim.

2. When first rez'd you will notice there is no seat. To activate the seat you only have to touch the Lever arm on the left (if looking from the back). When you touch the lever arm it will move down and back up, a gear winding noise will sound and the Seat will appear you are now ready for 'dunking'.

3. Person sits on the Seat, while other person wearing the Dunktank Softball tries to hit the target. Once target is hit the person on seat will drop into tank and be animated. Once the person in tank clicks on [Stand Up] the seat that became transparent will auto delete and end the animation on the person.

4. To get ready to do it again, just press the Lever and a new Seat plank will appear.

Note: This version only allows the Owner to rez the seat mechanism to stop griefers from spamming the seat rezzer lever. After your purchase if you would like a version that allows anyone to rez the seat then just drop me a notecard and I will send you a modified dunktank that allows anyone to rez the seat.
