My best-selling Castle Princessia has gone over to the dark side in this new, totally re-textured version. Ideal for vampires, goths, wizards of a more evil persuasion and anyone who wants a home that is decidedly different.
Just like the original there are only 27 prims - and that includes the double doors and extensive teleport system. But do not think that this is just a slight tweak. Castle Obsidian is a very different building to its sister....
Castle Obsidian is well named. Its outside, although highly detailed, is inky black. This is obviously a home well suited to those who walk in the shadows..
The heavy doors open together, for dramatic effect and have a wealth of additional customization features, if you wish. They are linked to the build too, nice and easy if you wish to move the castle.
The first floor has two rooms. Heavy carvings and a rich,wooden ceiling decorated with phoenixes makes this floor both handsome and a little scary at the same time. The lower tower room contains the descreet teleporter up to the rest of the castle.
The second floor is one big room - decorated in a rich red wallpaper with a dark red, plush carpet. A magnificent bedroom, perhaps? Or maybe the skull motif on the ceiling points to darker uses?
The small top tower room shows that this castle was once owned by someone with money and taste. Amid the gilded marble are the collection of paintings that have hung here so long - now obscured by dirt and cobwebs.

Take the teleporter out on to the roof. Here you can survey your lands with pride.

I didn't really expect much when I saw the prim count, but since there was no option to view in-world I figured I'd just have to give it a shot.
The walls are 2D, as are the merlons. The doors are locked and the teleporters send me across the sim into our neighbor's parcel.
Seller contacted me to ensure everything was good with my purchase. Instructions were easy to follow, and though doors to castle do rez locked, they are also easy to unlock if one follows the directions. Teleporters work great also! Chandeliers are easy to hang, and I can't wait to have my first party at this lovely dark gothic castle. Very well made, well done, and well serviced.
the 3 rooms are very small so your cam view is always going outside and it is incredibly difficult to get back inside. the teleporters are also incredibly hard to see, espeically on the 3rd floor where is is almost the same colour as the floor. this castle looks fantastic from the outside and the 2nd floor is nicely decorated but if you want hassle-free living then this isn't the castle for you.
