Get this animated and highly-detailed mesh wooden chess set and play against yourself or a friend. The chess game has the following features:
• Move validation (you can't make illegal moves)
• Check and checkmate detection
• Castling, en passant pawn capture, pawn promotion
• Undo and redo moves
• Save and set up custom boards
• Set access to owner, group or everyone
• The Land Impact is 6
For a smooth gameplay and because of this low land impact, pieces need to be selected and moved from a bird's eye view (more or less from above).
The default time-out is 3 minutes, so it's suitable in public areas where trolls can not hijack it indefinitely. The time-out interval can be changed and even set to infinite (no time-out). A manual is included that explains how.
The chess game has no ai—it is not a chess computer. A version with ai is also available in the store. A chess clock is also available for two-player games. See the ads below.

The Real Deal
The perfect addition to my den/game room, this set allows me to play actual chess games with my guests, which is a hoot. Has pretty much every feature you might want, and although I did not need the one with the built-in chess computer there is one available. You can also get a nice chess timer from this vendor, if you need one, as well as a set that looks like the sort of plastic equipment common at USCF tournaments. What a bargain!

I've searched for a very long time for a decent chess set. This one is way beyond decent! It's perfect! Looks and plays just like a real life chess board. Low prim too. The only other chess board I've ever found that was decent was near 100 prims. This one is only 6!! Even better, it's only 10L! Thank you so much!
