A cistern gathers rain water and holds it like a water tower for people to use in their old fashioned homes. This particular one has innertubes and the water slowly rotates in a lazy circle. It's like a mini-pool or hot tub, as it can be steamy with the toggle of the floating water lily/gardenia which can produce steam. Hanging moss and climbable sculpted ladder.
