Best Customer Service Experience Ever
Hello, I need to clear something up with my review. I was tired and on heavy medication when I wrote it. But I must admit to when I am wrong. Even if heavily medicated. I recently was assisted by a loyal member of this group. She explained to me what was wrong with my purchases. And advised me what to do to get it fixed. Which I did. I was so over joyed when BlckCobra Shikami her self fixed my items. I really truly have never received such a wonderful extraordinary customer service experience on Second Life since I joined. I will put Cobra Tech logo in my new club as a reminder to myself of this experience and for others to know who I trust to buy the best of the best on the grid. No Copy Annoying and Pointless.
I hate no copy items with the white hot passion of a thousand suns. It kills the usability of the item while screwing people over. Last time I buy from this place.
Awesome Board...and Awesome Service!!!
I have used their contest board for lil over 7 years now and just recently had an issue, I sent a nc to the creator and she responded quickly and fixed my board right away. Great service. This was the only time I had an issue with my board and I am so happy that it has been fixed right away. And she is just an awesome and respectable person to talk to with any issues and any questions. So, if you are looking for a contest board that works great when there is a lot of lag due to a lot of customers, trust me, this is the board you want!!! I've tried a few other boards before and this has been the best one by far!!! I give this 10 stars if there were 10 stars to put!!! ********** :) You definitely will NOT be disappointed with their products. I have a few other items of theirs. They are definitely a business to trust!!!
