Landmark Giver script is essentially a Greeter that will detect nearby avatars and offer them a Landmark.
The scanning radius for detecting nearby avatars is set to 5 meters which is perfect for small and big stores. There is also a temporary list of recent 25 visitors so it won't be intrusive to those who accepted or didn't accept the landmark.
The only time that a returning customer is presented with "Inventory offer" request is when there were 25 other customers before him/her or when the script was reset.
To use this script, simply build an object, drop the landmark you wish to give to your visitors and this script - you're done.
