This cottage is approximately 14 land impact and 15x15 footprint (the outer posts/walkway) and contains 3 roof options, 5 exterior options, 9 interior options.
It is realistically size, so if you are a very large avatar a larger size may be more comfortable for you. Please test first. If you make it larger, it will go up in land impact.

Very worth the price and low prim too, excellent! Its quite small though so try it first but for a normal avatar its fine.
Love this little house
the house is little but its cute reminds me of something you would see in a fairytale. it is very hard to fit a bigger bed in but if you are like me and don't mind smaller beds/a couch its perfect it also says no mod in your inventory but I was able to tint the outside using select face the perfect mint green I wanted. over all I would of given it 5 stars even if I could not tint it!

Ein echtes Schnäppchen, tolles Haus und kaum LI zu dem Preis.
Halt etwas eng für die Kamera, das sollte man bedenken, wenn man es als Wohnhaus nutzen möchte.

Breathtakingly simple
I've been shopping at DD for awhile and not only do I love their builds,
but their furnishings and props are amazing. They are low prim *which I love* and of course affordable. This cottage is my favorite build by far! Keep on creating.
