Apparently, it is so common an issue that they have a notecard stored and ready to hand out. You have to enable BOM for your M4 head either through a third party free purchase here on the marketplace, or through the Utilizator free purchase that does the same exact thing. After modifying my LL Alpha that came with my Rikugou head to only hide Hair and Eyes, I was good to go.
I was very upset that my eye shadow and lipstick didn't work, but the vendor responded after a bit less than a week and got me up to date with the needed info to get it all working. Exceptional variety and great quality for the price in addition to excelling in customer service. Please give them a try if you're looking for eye shadow or lipstick to suit your M4 heads.
