The Duo Skybox is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 6.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).
The build is 28 m by 14.5 m, consisting of a 2 large spacious rooms with dual aspect windows, color tint walls each room with a scripted light fitting.
