This script will send a terms of service (TOS) notecard to the person and then ask if they have read and accept the it. If they answer 'Yes' they will be given the object in the inventory.

Doesn't work with multiple items in a box.
The TOS part works great, and if you only have one item, this will work for you. However, if you have multiple items in the box it will only give the very 1st one and none of the others.
