This home is completely furnished, it will fit on a 30 x 25 Foot Print land
full kitchen. bath room, fireplace, dinning room table and chairs,
adult bed, working sliding glass doors to the upper outer desk
Day beds to sit and just relax.
When its rezzed and the rez box is taken back, Only 126 prims
nothing is linked to the structure of the house. So changing things
out to your needs is not a Issue.

I have been asked a lot of times why i sell my builds so cheap.
I do it because i love what i do, Land prices keep going up. So why should you pay a lot for a home. My homes are of good quality. I cringe on texture flickers. I always go over and over and over again on my builds to assure there are none. But i don't have control of sl roll overs or the way things are rezzed.
All i can say is i try my very best to give the best product i can.
