This rental box has fast pay so when some one clicks to pay they get option of 1 to 4 weeks of your set price:) so if your price is 30 the options are 30, 60, 90, or 120
I have made this rent system as user friendly as can be, with full step by step instructions in box. Easy rent is as EASY as it sounds it is note card configured so all you have to do is fill in the values such as price,primcount,manager,split partner if needed and even how high to send box up once it has been rented. This is a copy box so if you have multiple properties not a problem, It has a prim counter in the box to so tenants can check their prims with ease you can rez 1 for all tenants to use so saves on prims, im all for making peoples sl easier and easy rent dose just that.

Does just what it says it does, very well
I have many rental systems and the best I always return to is from Union Micro that I bought in 2006 - it STILL works great, and I love the features of it. The only feature it doesn't have is the option to split (profit-share) with others. Sure, I can just grab a "split" script and add it to that box, but I figured I'd take a peek at what's newer.
This system doesn't offer the features of that other, older system, but it does do exactly what it says it does: nice and simple. The selling points for me are profit share (Proceed Split), so I can share with another and choose the percentage and also that it will include a SLURL to itself when sending reminder IMs - this is a very good convenience for both owner and renter.
The only feature I am not able to find in ANY rental system is the ability to turn off that annoying hover-text. I would rather that information is chatted in text on click rather than in hover-text. I so hate hover text. LOL
Even so, for the price, this thing is amazingly simple and does the job. And a little bonus feature I wasnp;t looking for: Ability to set a rental for anyone before they rent, but also the ability to (very easily) add days or weeks to an existing rental.
So in a nutshell: the awesome features are:
Split money at any percentage with others
Includes SLURL in reminder IMs
Set a rental manually for someone else or add time to an existing rental.
Now, if only there were a way to permanently kill that damned hover-text. :\

This is a brilliant little system - and I can't believe the price is so low! Worth every single L$.
