Easy ad is a menu driven ad board all you have to do is fill in your values in the settings note card:
:BOARD NAME
:PRICE PER WEEK
:SPLIT PARTNER KEY (if needed if not just put a 0 here)
:PERCENT TO PAY SPLIT PARTNER
then click it for owner menu hit reset grant permissions and your done :) re size to fit your walls. Instructions are given to people when they click for info in chat and by note card.
Once rented you can click to see whos renting and how long they have left. You as owner and the tenant can add more time at any point. Tenants click to check their remaining time. You as owner and tenant can terminate a rent at any time if needed.
*NOW DISPLAYS TEXTURE ON FRONT AND BACK OF AD BOARD*
Step by step instructions are given to tenants as they load their items, and if they add the wrong LM, texture or note card they have time to replace as the board dubble checks with them before starting advertisement. Tenants recive a IMs 1 week, 2 days, 1 day, 12 hours and 1 hour before rent ends reminding them their adds about to run out of time so they can top up rent and to make it easy for them a tp offer is sent with the reminder.
Once rent is set up Easy ad displays renters texture, gives their note card and land mark to any one that clicks the board.
Tenants can change their items at any time they like just hit load items from their menu.
IMs are sent to you when a tenant leases an ad board or adds more time. you recive IMs when a tenant has just 3 days left on ad board and when their rent has expired.

Wanted to love this board but flaw makes that difficult
After customer rents the board, they are forced to add all 3:
- A texture
- A notecard
- A landmark
Not everyone wishes to include ALL of these items in their board. If they don't add all 3 types, the board just sits there. If the customer clicks the board they get a refund me option.
Not optimal IMHO.
Also random script errors.

Ad board is easy to set up and works like it says. I contacted Conrad with a question and he graciously made a new ad board for what I was wanting for no charge! Customer service was A++ and he was quick to respond! Thank you!
