This rental box has fast pay so when some one clicks to pay they get option of 1 to 4 weeks of your set price:) so if your price is 30 the options are 30, 60, 90, or 120
I have made this rent system as user friendly as can be, with full step by step instructions in box. Easy rent is as EASY as it sounds it is note card configured so all you have to do is fill in the values such as price,primcount,manager,split partner if needed and even how high to send box up once it has been rented. This is a copy box so if you have multiple properties not a problem, It has a prim counter in the box to so tenants can check their prims with ease you can rez 1 for all tenants to use so saves on prims, im all for making peoples sl easier and easy rent dose just that.

Easy to use
I just bought the Rent box and have to say that I configured it in 3 minutes:-) Cool and easy to use really!
Not worth the $L
The ad is bull. You can NOT personalize the object. Once you reset the box or even if someone pays rent the box reverts back to the same texture it came with. So technically you can temporarily change the texture but then any action reverts it back. There is no automatic group invite, the tenant has to open menu and click link from there. There is no way to change the floating text. You can only rent in weekly increments not days. Complete waste of money in my case. Wish someone would have said that.
Almost perfect system
What I especially love is that you can set rent for someone, so if they pay you directly instead of the box, you can set the box up for them. The only thing that I miss, is the option for a tennant to add their partner, so they can pay as well and not just the tennant. Otherwise, this is a perfect and easy to set up system. Very happy with it!
Almost perfect
This system is absolutly fantastic. It does everything far more expensive systems do for a very reasonable price. It is straightforward and super easy to use both for the owner and renter. Set-up was a breeze and unlike some other reviewers, I was able to change my box textures. And the creator even gives instructions on how to do so easily. So my boxes are adorable. :-)
However, what is not adorable? The prim counter. *sigh* It works and updates immediately but it is a bright red rusted fire hydrant. And, although I can change the texture, the shape cannot be modified into anything else even though the system is listed as modify. This is a horrible choice for an object unless you are renting in an urban sim and even then not so great. It does not fit into our sim theme and, in fact, detracts greatly from it. I was expecting just a box or sphere shape like other systems. There was no indication that the counter was not modify and, since it is half of the system, it is super disappointing. I would gladly give this system 5 stars if this wasn't the case.
If you have no problem with that, then this will be the system you need to get. You simply cannot beat the price for the features that are included.
