This is a set of head blocks used by EMTs to keep accident victims' necks immobilized to prevent spinal injury.They are worn on the chin and use a simple AO to lock the wearer's neck and head straight, and can easily be resized and repositioned to fit almost any avatar. They can be a useful tool to add realism to any accident, EMT, first-responder, or emergency room roleplay.
