Eco Beach Cabin is a another small build that would fit a 512(16x32) parcel snugly. It is 47 land impact with a 14x14 base. You can even put your boat next to it.
It has 2 rooms which I made into a kitchen/couple dining and a bedroom. You may have other ideas:)
The verandah is spacious enough to have a dining area and living area. What better way to enjoy the outdoors in SL!
Eco Beach Cabin has scripted doors and windows. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED.
Furnitures are from Bazar, Lisp, Kazza, Noctis.
I have also included a mesh island and 3 sculpted Palm trees.
Very nice little cabin
It's a nice little get away. The room with shudders and a door make for a great bedroom while the more open room is great for relaxing and hanging out with friends.
