great build
its a great building perfect details and the scene is lovely, BUT the one miner point is that the interiuer isnt modefy so you cant adjust to reduce prims and to get to the second floor you need to go outside thats that a real big issue but my AV cant get tru the hole of the stairs so i have to fly or teleport to the next floor and the stair isnt modify so i cant make the hole bigger. other than that the building is great and a recommendation worth but that miner points need to be fixed for the 5 stars
