This "For Rent" sign is only 1 LI and features excellent LOD, keeping its shape at great distances. Included in your purchase are two types, along with customizable texture for your real estate business. Note that the version pictured says "Otium," however that is just an example of customization. Your product will include a generic Home logo in the round portion of the sign - check it out in-world!
Two versions of the rental sign are included:
(1) A swinging rental sign - click the hanging sign to turn the swinging on or off; and
(2) and unscripted rental sign which is static and does not move.
I have also included an AO template for the round portion of the sign in case you want to download to your computer and customize with your own logo using Gimp or Photoshop.
