Tintable! You can tint the window frames to be dark, or the concrete to walls to match your city!
Recently updated (April 2020) with a better door script with access/security menu, a new Middle Floor Section that has no floor/ceiling to create floors with high ceilings, as well as dummy/filler versions that are lower prim to use as "fake" buildings for sim decor.
