When Closed Collide [Bump] Door to Open & Close [Auto Close].

To Set Door Permissions - default is set to anyone
Right click building , select edit, select edit link, click door,
select contents - edit script inside,
change desired number on following line.
Door_Access = 0; // 0 = default set to anyone, 1 = Owner Only, 2 = Group Only
save, do the same with other door.

Lights [Individual]-
Select [touch] Bulb to turn On - Off. [Uses projected Lighting].

Windows -
Select [touch] Glass to switch Tint Dark or Light.

Modify & Texturing -
where you see a texture you can change it
[uses Planar - no Baked Mesh for easy texturing].

Fully Modify & Copy [resizing mesh can change Land Impact].
