We have contracted the best landscaping design team in Albane Claray "Organik Landscaping" to plan and curate a unique home that is visually appealing, private and comfortable.
As part of our Boutique collection, you are free to use all items on the land.

BOUTIQUE ESTATES TERMS
All properties in the Boutique series have had substantial investment to ensure they are of the highest standard, in the best locations and are decorated in the finest landscaping and furnishings SL has to offer, For this reason, the following applies.
The total prims listed are inclusive of the decor already on the land. Please check the "About Land/ Objects" tab for a remaining land impact to see how much is free for you to use.
1. Aside from the house, you cannot return items - All items placed on the land must remain but you are free to add your own touches. You are free to return the house and you may request small alterations to landscaping.
Renting a Boutique Collection property assumes you are happy with the design as it is and would like a ready to move in home. If you are looking for a more flexible option, please check out our complete range of Twenty6 land rental properties that allow full management rights.
2. Space is provided for you to add your own home or you are free to use the one that is currently on the land. You may also request a different home be placed on your land (pending availability)
3. Management rights exist but exclude terraform rights and object return rights. You can change things such as music, environment settings and set security. You may also rez your own items.
4. You are free to add your own guests who will also have rez rights.
5. You are free to add a co-tenant who will have the same managements rights as you.
6. Strictly NO BAN LINES but you may place a security orb. We do request you leave a minimum of 30 seconds time warning as the Boutique properties are all placed in high traffic sailing areas.
7. All Twenty6 properties have strict rules about abuse and harassment. It will not be tolerated. If you are experiencing it from another resident please IM connorboy26 immediately.
8. Rent should be paid on time to avoid eviction. If you are having difficulty paying rent please contact connorboy26.
