[FP] SLDomina Ground Beach Sand Model:C 3D Materials and Texture FULL PERMISSION

So the texture itself is the only thing that gives this any stars. So despite what the post say, it is NOT FULL PERM. I've tried to get a hold of the owner but nothing. It looks like an amazing texture, but I can't use it if it's no copy and no mod. Even the box is.
