Sadly I paid full price & didnt read recent reviews, so I do feel ripped off. READ THE REVIEWS
Full perm means NOTHING if the garage is one piece. The side door is a part of the build, so it doesnt give access or open & close. I had planned to make it into a workshop, but now it will just occupy space in my inventory, hoping to have a need for it someday, as unlikely as it seems now.
A Good build with a few flaws
Thankfully I bought this half off or I'd feel a little ripped off. For a low prim background filler piece that no one is going to give a second glance, it works nicely. Being full perm would be amazing except due to it's flaws it's not really something you can resell, just a giveaway filler piece to go in the box as bonus with the houses you sell. That said it is full perm and low prim and @ 125L a good buy.
As to the flaws... In addition to what's been mentioned (the door being fake etc), there is a major texture seam running right down the front of the building making it look like it had a cheap contractor doing the siding. Elsewhere, the lines of the siding do not line up nicely with seams half way along the wall. The roofing looks out of focus and the siding on the sides has crisp lines and blurry lines. The creator did an amazing job creating the texture and I'm sure it was fantastic back in the low rez days, sadly it's just too small a texture with too much crammed on it for such a large object and ends up blurry in high def.

Yeah sure its full perm. But its just one whole piece. You can't unlink anything. The 1 texture map with all the pieces squeezed together is not even a professional texture artist's dream to work on. This is like GTA San Andreas texturing here. Everything are all just textures on a flat surface.
Not entirely mesh, not entirely worth the price
For 400L, i would expect that the side door actually be a side door and not a flat texture. Also the front garage door isn't up to snuff with the rest of the mesh on the build. the side windows are solid and you have to make them 50% transparent to make them actual windows, but that doesn't matter because the side doors glass isn't a something you can do the same with so it looks odd. the only working window is the front one over the door.
Just not for me for the price, maybe 200L but without a actual working side door the look is pointless.
Just what i needed & looks great
This is a genius design and the mesh is great quality, it looks amazing next to my house and driveway.
Super high quality, another great design by this creator. Love it.
