I purchased mine in 2020 and it came wilth all as specified I use it for my "Infectious Avatar" it's the cherry on the cake for any zombie or infected look.

doesnt come with mesh mushrooms
everytime i tried to get the meshes, it said there was an error with the permissions and owner didnt have copy permission. it comes with the tattoo, but not the actually mushrooms. creator didnt reply when i messaged them
