● Welcome to "GOTHIKA TOWER" residential building. Where the gothic design becomes one with the luxury!
● If you are looking to start your own business in Second Life, you want to rent luxury apartments or
you just want to have your friends closer, this is the best in goth scene.
█ DETAILS:

● There are 12 total floors (including basement and ground level).
● 2 goth / industrial elevators.
● Huge basement with 2 doors and accessible with 2 lifts.
● Ground / Main entrance level, with big open areas, for any use (office, welcome area, rental boxes, etc)
● 10 total big apartments in each floor, with 2 entrances each:
➜ Main entrance hall
➜ Big living with fireplace and balcony
➜ Master bedroom with fireplace and balcony
➜ 3 more rooms with fireplaces
➜ 1 smaller room (e.g. bathroom, etc)
● The apartment on the 9th floor has the same areas, plus bigger balconies.
● The penthouse has the same areas, plus bigger balconies and the center glass balcony.
● 4 fireplaces in each apartment.
● Balconies in each apartment and on 2 sides of the building.
● Lightning rod on the top of the building, with red flashing light.
● Of course with copy/modify perms, so you can do any changes you want.
● Can be used as skybox, too.

As of December 2016 & until further notice, RED QUEEN does NOT provide
demos (demo rezzers) of the products, any longer. Also, requests to see a product
in world, cannot be granted as i am no longer on line often, due to RL work.
As disappointing this is, it is unfortunately the best i can provide, at this moment.

Tower of power
I bought this,and from basement to penthouse its amazing.inside and out,cool design.
Floors 1-5?
The build qiality is excellent as are the textures. I have most of the buildings by this creator, however I cannot access levels 1-5 through the lift. They dont show as an option on the floor menu and the only way I have got around it so far is by removing the side of the building and setting landmarks at each entrance then returned the wall. There are no call buttons on these floors either. Not the most conveinient thing. Would be 5 stars id this problem was fixed.

Simply Goth Perfection
Even as a collector of Lady Nansen creations, it still surprises me the quality of her builds. Gothika Tower is simply breath taking. The attention to details, the quality of the textures, the overall construction and specially the low number of prims are simply amazing.
I simply love the penthouse and I am sure everyone that goes and visits the new store and the rezzer cannot do anything else but BUY it!
By the lack of better words, I must thank you Lady Nansen for the passion you put in your builds, and how you allow your customers to have your products at such a great price.
Please keep on building these beauties, because I will certainly keep buying them one after the other!
