Just what i was looking for
I needed a grunge couch for a new venue I was building and this suited the bill perfectly. Low land impact, Copy and Mod. It is loaded with some basic sitting animations, but in our case, we removed those and added our own more extensive animation engine and we now have EXACTLY what we needed.
