I am bringing you my second mansion, the Castillo Caribe!
It has been made for a 8192 sqm parcel, but can be placed easily on a 4096 sqm parcel as well. This mansion cannot be seen in-world at the moment, but you can send me a message if you want to.
The mansion itself has 698 prims, which will leave you with enough prims left to decorate it in your own style for both 8192 and 4096 sqm parcels.
I will give you lifetime updates, and if you encounter any problems you can contact me to fix it for you.

Once you bought the mansion, you will receive a box in your inventory. Open this box and you will receive the rezz box. Place the rezzer in THE MIDDLE of your parcel. Once done, click finish.

Um......no. Not even close. Don't bother, this is crap - until the builder updates it.
Seams everywhere. Gaps. Horrible textures. Poor build quality. 10 Lindens? Maybe. But at the current price, needs to be scrapped. I hate wasting money - and this is definitely no exception.
