It's ok, but you could have done it in one piece
No need to link 3 parts. Just assign the texture to a stretched piece, edit texture and and change the horizontal scale to manifold the parking lots.
Anyway just the texture is the 3 Lindens worth.

Its 3 prims??? hmmm ? odd , it migh be really cheap but I wouldnt buy anything else from this dude
