HOME SWEET HOME-MODEL 92 PRIMS HOUSE

You and your family will be very happy here. I have built this house with great care, and hope you will enjoy it fully.
The house has 92 prims in 2 levels:
First level: Living room/dining room/bar/play room/Patio
Second level: Full bathroom, Master bedroom, children bedroom, open space for you to add more rooms.

The house is copy/modify therefore you can add/change/take out anything you want/don't want.
Total prim count without all the extras included is 92 prims. In the rezz box you get the house empty, add extras that you want only.

Included:
-Working doors; main with doorbell, open/close sound, announcer,lock,automatic closing.
Patio and balcony doors, automatic open/close when detects an avatar close, sound.
Bathroom and entrance fence; slide on touch with sound.
-Sculpted stairs plus elevator (copy) in case you prefer to go up fast in those laggy days when you don't want to hassle with stairs.
-Alpaca rug on living room
-Working Chimney with fire and sounds (8 prims not included in house count)
-Bar with 62 drinks deliver, touch get menu select and you get the selection (8 prims not included in total house count)
-Side fountain decorative sculpture in living room.
-Windows transparent from inside out, solid from outside in living room.
-Playroom with window tint menu from 0% total clear both sides to 100% total block from outside and still clear from inside out.
-Dollhouse with working door, and sculpted furniture (6 prims not included in house count).
-Baby slider (1 prim, not included in house count)
-Garden pot with ever growing particle flowers and environmental non annoying random sounds (5 prims not included in the house count)
-Sculpted swing for all the family (3 prims, not included in house count).
-Baby pool, with low water level for easy crawling ((3 prims not included in house count)
-Full bathroom with working jacuzzi, splashable water and working shower with sound. Poses for bathing in the vanity.
-Bathroom sink with running water on/off, sound and handwash animation.
-Vanity with poses for handwash,bathing,showering,stand, fix hair, and more.
-Working w.c. with open/close lid and flush sound
-Sculpted bed with one sleep ball (6 prims not included in house count).

You receive one box with the rezz box inside (92 prims), and all extras are packed individually so you rezz only the ones you want.
