I found a lot of these dances to look strange on my avatar and thus I could not use them. there are some good ones mixed in, but for the price there are cheaper products out there with better dances in them.
Low quality freebie animations. Salsa are good, but they are chopped at the end where the avatar 'jumps' back to the beginning rather then smooth loops. Has a large pack of animations so if you don't mind your animations being broken at the end, then this is the pack for you.
